Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by SKOSK Beautique shall be subject to amendment without any liability on the part of SKOSK Beautique.

Your Account

If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18 years old, you may use this website only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Purchase and Payment

You should carefully read the item detail page and review information such as price, (overseas) shipping charges, import duty, etc. and terms and conditions of sale before purchasing an item. We do our best to ensure that the images and measurements of the products resemble the products delivered to you.  All products delivered to you are brand new.

For Singapore Local Purchase

1.      Select the item, Add to Cart, sum up the total weight of the to-be-purchased item and choose the shipping method. We strongly encourage registered mail for above $20 purchase or cart weight up to 2kg. Opt for a courier shipping if item is above $20 or cart weight is above 2kg). Free shipping if total cart cost is $50 and above.

2.      Checkout from Shopping Cart. You may checkout as a guest (without registering an account) or as returning customer if you already have registered an account with us.

3.      After providing the billing and shipping information, select the payment method. You can choose to pay by Direct Bank Transfer (preferred) or PayPal with your credit card or as PayPal registered user.

4.      Once we received your payment, we shall arrange the shipment. The transaction will then be considered as completed.

For Overseas Purchase

1.      The current quoted shipping prices are based on Singapore local shipment. We need you to register an account with us and save your selected items.

2.      Drop us an email at enquiry@skoskbeautique.com.

3.      Once we have the international shipment cost from Singapore to your address, we will get back to you. If you accept the final cost, you can proceed to make payment via PayPal which we will email the link to you.

4.      Once we received your payment, we shall arrange for the shipment.

Changes and cancellations

There shall be no cancellation of or changes to the purchase item upon placing of order and/or acceptance of order by SKOSK Beautique. Customer undertake to indemnify SKOSK Beautique for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including but not limited to cancellation fees, shipping/handling expenses) suffered or incurred by SKOSK Beautique as a result of such cancellation of or changes to Customer’s order.

Terms of payment

The prices of the Products displayed at the www.skoskbeautique.com are quoted in Singapore Dollars as the base currency. SKOSK Beautique reserves the right to change the prices quoted due to unforeseen circumstances but shall duly inform Customer by email or call as provided by the customer. All prices quoted exclude shipping charges and other fees, unless otherwise stated.

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any loss or damages to a customer arising from shipping information and/or payer information entered by the customer or wrong remittance by the customer in connection with the payment for the items purchased. We reserve the right to check whether a customer is duly authorized to use certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.

Retention of title, passing of risk

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, title to the products remains with SKOSK Beautique until all amount payable in respect of the Products are received in full by SKOSK Beautique. Risk in the products shall pass from SKOSK Beautique to Customer upon shipment or deemed shipment of the products to Customer.

Shipment

SKOSK Beautique shall be obliged to deliver the products to the customer only upon SKOSK Beautique confirmation of customer’s order and receipt of due payment. Shipment shall take no longer than 3 working days and or in accordance with the trade terms agreed at such place, date or time as SKOSK Beautique may notify the customer by email or phone. Goods sold is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

We require a receipt signature on all packages sent from SKOSK Beautique for registered shipment assurance purpose. If you are not at home to receive the package, SKOSK Beautique will do a surcharge for the next delivery attempts which you will be notified on the amount.

For purchase amount at S$50.00 or more within Singapore, the shipment is free. Customer will be notified via email or phone of any late shipment and non-shipment by SKOSK Beautique. Customer hereby agrees that SKOSK Beautique shall not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by customer as a result of such late shipment or non-shipment.

If you have selected Local Pickup for your shipment, there wouldn’t be any shipping fees incurred, however, do note that local pickup point is either at Bukit Batok or Jurong East MRT station meeting point and at designated timing. We will notify you with the details.

Customs

If the country of the customer is not in Singapore, the customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the customer is receiving the products. Customer should make sure that they can lawfully import the item into the customer’s country before purchasing the item.

Customer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the customer’s country. In principle, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer if not specified otherwise in the item detail page explicitly; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know you care how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customer to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information such as titles to our or their international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and compliance with local laws. Customs authorities require us or sellers to state the value of the purchased item directly on the package.

Force Majeure

SKOSK Beautique shall not be liable for any loss of damage as a result of any failure in shipping product due to any cause beyond SKOSK Beautique’s control, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of customer, fire, theft, accident, flood, war, sabotage, slowdown, stikes, riot, government act, regulation. In the event of any such contingency, the date of shipment shall be extended by a period equal to the time lost by the delay.

Product warranty

SKOSK Beautique shall pass on any product warranty offered by manufacturer of the products to customer. However, as SKOSK Beautique is a retailer/distributor and not manufacturer of the products itself, SKOSK Beautique shall neither be responsible for any faults or defects of the products nor shall it be liable for any claims for loss, harm or damage by the customer or any end-consumer or any third party arising out of or in any connection with the products.

Indemnity & Termination

Customer shall indemnity SKOSK Beautique fully against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, which SKOSK Beautique may incur as a result of customer’s breach of any of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

SKOSK Beautique reserves the right to terminate the contract between Customer and us as constituted by the Terms and Conditions of Sale by 3 calendar days written notice in the event that:

·         Customer fails to make any payment on the due date; or

·         Customer’s commits a material breach of the Terms and Conditions of Sale; or

·         The relevant credit insurer revokes customer’s credit terms.

Following the termination of the contract, each party’s respective rights and obligations shall expire and neither party hereto shall have any liability to the other party.

Changes to our Terms & Conditions of Sale

If we decide to change our Term & Conditions of Sale, we will update the Term & Conditions of Sale modification date below. This policy was last modified on 12 June 2015.
